Project Summary
Prudential decided that they could operate their Real Estate and Relocation Services division more efficiently if their five national locations were consolidated into one, central facility. They also believed that if they provided a space for their employees that encouraged interaction and collaboration, they could gain the competitive edge necessary to grow their business.
Prudential partnered with Arbee Associates to transform a 240,000 square foot facility into a flexible, open environment for 800 employees that would support their unique workflow patterns. In order to ensure high levels of communication, teaming environments were developed and no one was to occupy a private office. Instead, enclaves were created in strategic locations for meetings and conversations that require more privacy. Equally important was insuring that the space accommodated current and evolving technologies.
