Project Summary
Since 1996, Rydex has looked to Arbee for help with their workplace needs. Due to rapid growth and dissatisfaction with their original facility, Rydex decided to occupy two floors of class A space in a newly constructed building. In order for the project to be deemed a success, Arbee was challenged with designing the workstations, providing new furniture, re-using existing product, facilitating the box and technology move, and executing a complex logistics plan that would not result in any down time for the client.

Project Scope

•	Plan, specify and provide new furniture to include workstations, private offices, conference rooms, file and break areas.
•	Plan re-utilization of existing Context workstations for new location.
•	Develop and execute multi-layered phasing schedule.
•	Deliver and install new product.
•	Move and reconfigure existing product.
•	Facilitate box move for all employee’s belongings.
•	Facilitate server room and technology move.
•	Provide interim rental furniture at existing site to support reconfiguration needs.
•	Provide short and long term storage services.
•	Accommodate over six scheduling delays due to late delivery of building and utilities strike complications.
•	Execute a compressed schedule which included nights and weekends so as not to disrupt daily operations.
