Role: I have been in the contract furniture business since 1963 – after retiring from the US Navy. I founded and have run Arbee Associates with the intention of becoming the best provider of office furniture and related services in the markets that we serve. Critical to our success in this endeavor are our people – we seek to hire the best talent in the business and give them the tools, training and motivation to exceed our customers’ expectations. We seek to provide unique solutions to our clients’ unique issues and support their employees wherever they work. My current role is to provide guidance and inspiration to all our employees in whatever capacity necessary and help the Leadership Team determine the best direction for the company.
Experience: I started in this business doing everything from selling to loading trucks in the evening. As Arbee grew, I became the Captain of the ship. Passionate about Sales and Operations, we established a team that was able to perform to my exacting standards in support of our goals.
