Role: I lead our accounting, finance, human resources, technology and operations teams including project management, delivery and installation, asset management and warehousing. My role with operations is to ensure our customers have an excellent experience from the planning of their engagement right through to the actual delivery and installation of the product or service. My role is also to make sure we have all the tools, talent, policies and financial reports to operate in an efficient and profitable manner.
Experience: I’ve worked at Arbee Associates for 33 years starting as Controller then as Chief Financial Officer overseeing accounting, human resources and technology. I started leading the operations functions including project management, delivery and installation, warehousing and asset management in 2018.
